ABM is seeking a Test Technician in Lanham, Maryland to support inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of electrical power distribution equipment across commercial, industrial, and utility environments. This role is entry-level to developing, working under senior technicians, engineers, or project leads.

Certification is not required, but knowledge and safety practices aligned with NET A Level I/trainee are expected.

The Test Technician supports the inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of electrical power distribution equipment in commercial, industrial, and utility environments. This role performs entry-level to developing technician work under the direction of qualified senior technicians, engineers, or project leads. Certification is not required; however, the role is expected to demonstrate the knowledge, safety awareness, and work practices consistent with a NETA Level I / trainee-level electrical testing technician.

This role serves as a key field resource supporting project execution, customer relationships, technical quality, and operational excellence.

Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
