Job summary

MES, LLC seeks an instructional professional to support High School Completion and related military education programs at Ft. Wainwright. You will deliver tailored instruction using DL methods, maintain records, and assist with IEPs and progress tracking in accordance with Army SOPs.

Requires strong English, math, and DL experience; a relevant degree is preferred and a National Agency Check with Investigation is required. Join a team focused on student success in a federal contractor setting.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, speaks, and comprehends English clearly.
• Associates degree; Bachelor's preferred; strong math/English background; may take a short qualification exam.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a Government-provided program of instruction per Army policy and SOPs.
• Provide instructional support for HSCP, BSEP, GED prep and military professional development.
• Assist with FAST, test preparation, and DL curriculum delivery.
• Maintain student records and course documentation per directives.
• Assist in developing student IEPs and measure outcomes.
• Use TABE or other diagnostics to tailor instruction.
• Use Army Ignited or other programs to announce classes, enroll students, and monitor progress.
• Support special events and maintain a clean, professional environment.
