The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET clearance to ensure secure data handling and successful test execution. As a key member of the test team, you will ensure data collection resources, assets, personnel, and infrastructure are prepared, and you will coordinate with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Data Management Plans (DMPs) that define data collection, verification and validation (V&V), quality assurance, and archival requirements for assigned T&E events
• Serve as the primary DCS coordinator, ensuring system capabilities, data requirements, schedules, and operational support align with test event objectives
• Support test event readiness activities by conducting site assessments and providing DCS training, equipment, network, power, and facility resources with T&E stakeholders

Mayvin is currently seeking a Data Manager (DM) to provide support to the Test & Evaluation Division in the Department Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS FEMA). The DM is responsible for planning, coordinating, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of data collection system (DCS) support for government test and evaluation (T&E) events. The DM serves as a key member of the test team, ensuring data collection resources, assets, personnel, and infrastructure are prepared to support successful test execution and delivery of high-quality data. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active SECRET clearance. This position is contingent upon award. Responsibilities :
