Job summary

Apogee Engineering seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Analyst to support the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center Combatant Command, C2 Division (AFNWC/NCC) at Offutt AFB, NE. This full-time, on-site role focuses on software quality assurance, test planning, and government testing coordination.

You will develop user guides and technical docs, assist with DT&E activities, readiness reviews, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements.

Qualifications

• US citizen with TS w/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with DoD background.
• Certifications: Sec+ or IAM II equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Software Quality Assurance to ensure software meets defined quality specifications.
• Review, prepare, and analyze documentation, planning, requirements, design, support, and testing.
• Coordinate test events with program office, contractor, user, AFOTEC, and external agencies.
• Lead DT&E (LDTO) POC and support independent government test and evaluation portions of DT&E.
• Support Readiness Reviews and Production Readiness Reviews.
• Develop technical documentation such as user guides, training manuals, and system specifications.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending policy changes.

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Test and Evaluation Analyst in support of the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center Combatant Command, Command and Control (C2) Division (AFNWC/NCC).

This is a full-time position located at Offutt AFB, NE

Responsibilities

• Support Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to ensure that developed software meets and complies with defined or standardized quality specifications.
• Perform work that applies broad and practical knowledge of software applications to include, but not be limited to, reviewing, preparing, and analyzing all types of documentation, planning, requirements, design, support, and testing.
• Provide test support for government programs, including assisting and coordinating test events with interested parties (program office, contractor, user, AFOTEC, external agencies).
• Support where needed the planning, managing, and execution of the independent government test and evaluation portion of Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E); act as the Lead DT&E (LDTO) POC.
• Support Readiness Reviews and support Production Readiness Reviews.
• Improve operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in policies and procedures.
• Develop technical documentation such as user guides, training manuals, and system specifications, before distribution to end-users, and ensure applicable subject areas are accurately represented

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS w/SCI eligibility

Education: High School Diploma

Years of Experience: Minimum of 15 years relevant experience to include:

• 5 years supporting the DoD
• Development of training manuals and other end-user technical documentation
• Support of test cases, user engagements and test events

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Sec+ or IAM II Equivalent

Education: Bachelor's degree

Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with 3 years supporting the DoD

Additional Experience: Prior RBS or infrastructure services exp
