Job summary

All Aviation Jobs seeks a TES temporary staffer to support Auburn University, dispatching flights and training devices, and tracking maintenance events.

Work hours extend 4:30am-9:00pm, Monday-Saturday, with some Saturdays required. Pay is USD 15.00 per hour. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches training flights, simulators, and ground lessons according to the published daily schedule.
• Ensures accurate aircraft status is displayed in the computer-based management system.
• Works closely with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft availability.
• Assists with inventory tracking of training materials and supplies.
• Assists in student records management.
• Schedules aircraft refueling with airport.
• Assists with Saturday flight shuttle, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
