ImpactBio in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative to support Alembic Therapeutics’ Pivya launch. No pharmaceutical experience required; you’ll learn a proven sales process, call on healthcare providers, and build a long-term career in pharma sales.

The role offers training, mentorship, and a structured plan, with travel within the territory and competitive compensation including incentive pay. Bachelor's degree is required; 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.

Alembic Therapeutics, in partnership with ImpactBio, is launching Pivya®, an FDA‑approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs). With over 40 years of success in Sweden, Pivya® is now entering the U.S. market—and we’re building a high-performance sales team to support this launch.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you don’t need prior pharmaceutical sales experience—we’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who are eager to learn, follow a proven sales model, and build a long‑term career in the industry. You’ll receive the training, tools, and mentorship needed to succeed while gaining real‑world experience calling on healthcare providers.
