Job summary

True North Group LLC. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to meet with families and employees in your assigned Texas territory, presenting affordable supplemental insurance benefits and guiding clients through the decision process.

You will engage with business owners and staff, build lasting relationships, and participate in mentorship and field training. A life and health license is required within 30 days; licensing support is provided, along with a performance-driven compensation

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Life & Health license within 30 days (support and reimbursement provided).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities are essential for in-person meetings.
