Summary

MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows & Doors and PGTI is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country.

MITER Brands, is one of the nation’s largest suppliers of windows and patio doors, with plants across the country. We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager in Miami, FL. The sales territory would include Miami, Ft Lauderdale,and surrounding areas. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for selling PGT products through our Retail channel, promoting sales growth and business opportunities through providing top-notch product expertise, business counsel, and marketing advice.

Total Compensation: Minimum salary range starts at $60,000 with additional commission plan and total compensation package commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selling PGT and CGI products to existing Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts in a given territory

  • Responsible for exceeding sales budget and key sales performance metrics.

  • Work with Home Depot and Lowe’s Outside Pro Reps to advise their contractor/home builder customers as to the best PGT solutions available to them

  • Provide business counsel and marketing advice to dealers to drive sales growth.

  • Provide aftermarket sales and service support to homeowners in concert with Home Depot and Lowe’s.

  • Support the order fulfillment process by working extensively with inside sales reps, production personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery.

  • Reflect MITER Brands’ guiding principles and quality pillars in all business interactions.

Qualifications
  • 4 year undergraduate degree in business or related field or equivalent Sales experience

  • Experience in the building products industry is preferred

  • Experience working with Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts

  • Availability for minimal overnight travel

  • Basic computer skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to successfully manage customer expectations by providing superior service to each customer.

  • Able to interface and communicate effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of an organization.
