Job summary

Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations in Eagle Pass, TX. You will sell and service Swedish Match products, secure item distribution, execute promotions, and manage inventory with data-driven presentations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You must reside in the territory and be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Experience in non-durable consumer goods sales is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business math.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

To support continued growth and innovation, we are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales and operational activities in Eagle Pass, TX.

Your Day- To- Day

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing Swedish Match products in assigned retail accounts, including:

• Securing new item distribution
• Executing promotions and merchandising programs
• Maintaining product freshness and inventory standards
• Leveraging data to develop fact- based customer presentations
• Following established sales call processes
• Managing administrative responsibilities, including expense reporting and point- of- sale materials

Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
