Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to champion sales across approximately 4 Walmart Wireless locations. You’ll be the go-to at store level, driving customer experiences and revenue.

This role offers uncapped commissions with a base of $20/hour and typical annual earnings between 50k and 65k, plus benefits and fuel reimbursement. Travel to stores and evening/weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations.
