SavATree is seeking a Sales Arborist in Sterling, VA to diagnose landscapes, estimate jobs, and act as a trusted advisor to property owners. You’ll develop, grow, and support your sales territory while collaborating with field specialists to deliver care for trees, plants, and lawns. Engagements include community events and referrals.

The role emphasizes learning, integrity, and a commitment to health and safety, with opportunities for ISA Certified Arborist training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Love solving customer's problems and helping preserve landscape health.
• Passion for outdoor work and environmental care.
• Degree in Arboriculture or related field preferred to accelerate learning.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose landscapes for clients and prospects in the territory.
• Estimate jobs and provide work estimates to customers.
• Serve as trusted advisor to property owners and ensure satisfaction.
• Set up crews, monitor work, and confirm quality with clients.
• Network, develop new business, and participate in industry events.
