Ecolab in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to manage your own customer accounts, service laundry and dish equipment, and sell innovative solutions that help customers operate more efficiently and safely.

You will travel within your territory, call on restaurants, hotels, schools, and healthcare facilities, and participate in a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service or hospitality-related experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and weekends/holidays.
• Current valid Driver’s License with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers using tablets and apps to recommend programs and solutions.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts by communicating value.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and systems.

As an industry leader,we’regrowing and need talented people like you to help us continue to protect the world’s most vital resources.As a Territory and Sales and Service Representative, you will serve as the face of Ecolab, managing your territory, servicinglaundryand dish machines, dispensing equipment and systems, and sellingnew solutionsfor our customers to help achieve our mutual goal of a cleaner, safer & healthier environment for all.

HowYou’llMake anImpact:

• Leverage tools and technology (including tablet and mobile phone apps) to conduct customer visits and recommend unique programs and solutions to customers
• Communicate our total value to the customer to meet their needs and grow sales within existing customer accounts
• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems
• Provide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person, as needed
• Assistin the installation of equipment and solutions
• Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring your customers’ operations are fully functional
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs

Position Details:

• This is a field-based position and may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas: King of Prussia, PA

During your training program, you willbe requiredto travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota for 2 of the12 weeks. The remaining weeks will be in-field training. Ecolab will arrange and pay for your travel and certain travel-related expenses. Youare responsible forhaving the proper documentation toflysuch as a Real ID or other acceptable form of identification.

After completingan initialtraining program, you will be managing, servicing, and sellingtoestablishedcustomers including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities,and more within an assigned territory. In some cases, where a territory is notimmediatelyavailable, associates will be assigned a supporting role until a territory assignment becomes available.

Weekend Rotation:

Generally, 1 in 7 weekends are required (based on business demand)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent/GED
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
• Position requires a current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
• NoImmigration Sponsorship availablefor this position

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $58,700-$88,100 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
