Job summary

gpac is seeking a Sales Agronomist to cover a small territory in North Dakota. You will service current growers, prospect new clients, and sell chemical, fertilizer and seed products while staying current with agronomic technology.

Responsibilities include giving agronomic recommendations and performing soil/tissue samples. There is a base salary of 65,000-90,000 DOE with a full benefits package and company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and goal-driven.
• 1+ years sales experience in an agronomy-related role preferred.
• Agronomy/Agriculture degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service current growers and prospect new clientele.
• Sell chemical, fertilizer and seed products throughout a territory.
• Work independently and stay up to date with agronomic technology.
• Provide agronomic recommendations.
• Perform soil and tissue samples.
