CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on promoting nationally distributed products in convenience and retail outlets, building relationships with store staff and management, and driving shelf presence and display quality.

Ideal candidates are energetic, personable, and capable of rapid relationship-building, with a drive for success. This is a full-time position with daytime hours and territory travel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physically able to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gains shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities.
