Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Field Manager to elevate PT performance across a territory of clubs. The role is based in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin and requires daily travel to clubs in the territory (mileage reimbursed).

You will partner with Regional Directors, District Managers, and General Managers to drive PT revenue, trainer development, member retention, and operational execution. The role demands building strong relationships and translating strategy into measurable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience teaching boutique fitness classes.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology OR NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification Required
• Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition
• Ability to travel and work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive PT revenue growth, utilization, retention, and consultation conversion across a territory of clubs.
• Partner with Regional Directors, District Managers, and General Managers to improve PT performance and operational consistency.
• Analyze club-level metrics and identify opportunities to improve profitability and member experience.
• Develop PT Leaders and trainers through field coaching, mentorship, and performance accountability.
• Support onboarding, education, and ongoing trainer development.
• Coach teams on PT sales execution, consultation quality, and member engagement strategies.
• Implement PT initiatives, programs, and operational processes across multiple clubs.
• Translate company strategy into practical execution within the field.
• Identify best practices and scale successful approaches across the territory.
