Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification required in certain states (CA, NV, WA and LA).
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following established procedures.
• Identify patients and verify specimen labeling accuracy; enter data as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling, centrifuging, splitting and storage.
• Travel to PSCs and Client Offices; provide professional service and maintain patient experience.
