Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• State phlebotomy license required (CA, NV, WA or LA); CA license restrictions apply.

Responsibilities

• Specimen collection following procedures (venipuncture, capillary draws) with accuracy and minimal errors.
• Provide professional patient service and perform data entry for registrations, test orders, and billing.
• Travel within the territory to PSCs, Client Offices, and other sites; maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
