Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient identification and signatures to verify labeling accuracy.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling and storage.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
