Job summary

Trupanion in Central Florida is seeking a part-time Territory Partner Associate to work on-site. You will visit veterinary practices, introduce Trupanion’s services, and reinforce relationships with clinic staff.

You will educate hospital teams on pet insurance, distribute marketing materials, assist in in-clinic events, track activities, report territory performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with veterinary clinic teams and explaining product offerings clearly.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to represent Trupanion professionally in face-to-face interactions.
• Basic marketing and outreach skills, including distributing promotional materials and supporting in-clinic events.
• Organizational and time-management skills to plan visits, track activities, and report territory results efficiently.
• Have a passion for helping eliminate economic euthanasia in dogs & cats.
• Comfort working in veterinary clinic environments and a genuine interest in pets and animal health.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site, field-based role, including reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or animal science is a plus.

Role Description
