Devine Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join a high-performance team. In this B2B role, you will meet with business owners and managers in your territory to offer insurance products that deliver real value and peace of mind.

You’ll control your schedule and territory as an independent contractor, backed by a supportive team. Earn weekly draw pay, uncapped commissions, bonuses, and additional incentives like stock options and all-expenses-paid trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to obtain a state health insurance license (assistance and reimbursed).
• Strong communication skills and resilience under pressure.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
