Job summary

Medline is seeking a dedicated sales representative for our Physician Office Sales Team to cover Baton Rouge and New Orleans. The role emphasizes building relationships, developing a customer base, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and significant sales experience, along with strong communication skills and the ability to travel frequently. Compensation includes a $100,000 guarantee plus commission, along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling.
• Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to present multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a territory of residual-based medical supplies.
• Build relationships with alternate site physician offices and hospital-based practices.
• Make new calls daily to develop new customers.
• Work with manufacturers to present products to the physician community.
• Prepare and deliver product quotations.
• Develop long-term relationships with the customer base.
