Five Star Painting is hiring a Territory Marketing and Estimating Specialist in the Batavia area. The role focuses on field outreach, lead generation, and closing high-value painting projects through on-site activities and estimate meetings.

You’ll use estimating software and CRM tools, manage partner relationships, and pursue referrals while earning hourly pay with bonuses and commissions. Outdoor, independent work is common in this role.

Formación

• Experience in in-home or field marketing and sales is preferred.
• Comfortable talking to strangers and presenting services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify active and upcoming job sites for hyper-local marketing.
• Distribute yard signs, hangers, and conduct door-to-door outreach.
• Knock doors and engage homeowners near job sites.
• Track campaign results in a provided spreadsheet.
• Call, text, and email past clients to re-engage and solicit referrals.
• Set up meetings between owner and partners; maintain partner database.
• Use estimating software to prepare and present quotes; schedule estimates.
