Job description

NOCD is the nation’s leading tele-health provider specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. Our mission is to increase access to effective, evidence-based care and reduce the stigma surrounding OCD.

Through the NOCD app, Members can quickly connect with licensed therapists who specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard for OCD treatment—via live, face-to-face video sessions.

We are transforming mental health care and helping people reclaim their lives. This role is focused on expanding NOCD’s role of working alongside other healthcare professionals and providers. The NOCD provider partnerships team has grown significantly over the past three years and we’re looking for driven sales professionals looking to go the extra mile.

Why Join NOCD?
Lead with Impact:

Influence how OCD is identified and treated by delivering insight-led conversations that shift provider behaviors.

Lucrative Rewards:

Competitive base salary + commission

Comprehensive Benefits:

Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

High-Growth Environment:

Thrive in a fast-scaling, innovative company with significant career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Actually Do

As a Territory Manager at NOCD, you will grow access to specialized OCD treatment by building referral partnerships with healthcare providers across your territory. This is a field-based healthcare sales role focused on educating providers, developing lasting relationships, and turning those relationships into measurable patient growth.

You will partner with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, behavioral health practices, and health systems to help them recognize patients who may benefit from specialized OCD treatment and confidently connect those patients with NOCD. Success means building a consistent network of active referring providers, not simply accumulating contacts.

You’ll have autonomy to plan your territory and approach, with clear accountability for weekly activity and monthly patient referral and conversion goals.

Build and Execute a Territory Growth Strategy
  • Own your territory by identifying high-potential providers, practices, and health systems, using market and referral data to prioritize opportunities and plan an effective weekly schedule.
  • Spend significant time in the field building new relationships, growing existing accounts, and adjusting your approach based on territory performance and monthly goals.
Turn Relationships into Consistent Patient Referrals
  • Help providers move from awareness of NOCD to confidently recommending the service to appropriate patients by making the referral process clear and easy.
  • Grow referrals within existing accounts, reactivate providers who have stopped referring, and engage interested providers who have not yet sent a patient.
Own the Entire Sales Cycle
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting and initial outreach through provider education, referral activation, and ongoing account growth.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline, follow up consistently, track meetings and patient outcomes in NOCD’s CRM, and take timely action to close gaps against monthly goals.
Collaborate to Improve the Patient and Provider Experience
  • Partner with internal teams to address referral barriers, share provider feedback, and support a smooth path to care for referred patients.
  • Build trust through clinical knowledge, responsiveness, professional follow-through, and a commitment to better patient access.
What Success Looks Like
  • Meet or exceed monthly patient referral and conversion goals; build a consistent network of active referring providers; grow existing accounts while developing new business; and use data, coaching, and follow-through to improve results.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or in a heavy cold-calling environment
  • A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel. You don't need to know everything about healthcare sales on day one, but you must be ready to learn it fast.
  • A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact, connecting their sales hustle directly to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
Compensation:

This is a base + commission role with a Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $120,000-150,000

Additional Notes:

This role’s responsibilities may evolve to meet business needs. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Must have a valid driver's license.
