At Xcaliber International, our Territory Managers are the connection point between our brands, our customers, and the markets we serve. This position is designed for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys relationship building, and takes pride in achieving visible results. It is a field-based role that supports independent retailers and distributors while expanding Xcaliber’s market presence and maintaining the company’s strong reputation for excellence.
Each day begins by reviewing your territory plan, shipment reports, and priorities before heading into the field. You spend your day visiting established and new retail accounts, meeting owners and managers, ensuring product availability, and executing marketing programs. You focus on visibility, brand education, and compliance with company merchandising standards.
You discuss pricing, inventory, promotions, and competitive activity, ensuring that each store is fully stocked and that products are displayed to brand standards. You may assist a new retailer with onboarding or help with an existing account plan for upcoming promotions. On average you visit 12 accounts each day.
Throughout the year, you will participate in mandatory travel for national sales meetings, regional crew drives, and sales conventions. These events are essential for professional development, teamwork, and alignment across the sales organization. Daily in-territory driving is required to maintain a strong field presence and service all assigned accounts.
