Come be a vital member of the Sales team at Cordis! The Territory Manager position offers you the opportunity to play a huge role in the success of our overall organization. You will provide ongoing support and internal development of our customers. Driving utilization, growth, customer training, and continuing education.

Responsibilities
  1. Driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts
  2. Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, understanding of related clinical data, competitive product knowledge, & overall industry trends
  3. Cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography
  4. Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
  5. Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
  6. Applies judgment within defined parameters and work is reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
  7. Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
  8. Conduct consultative sales calls on Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Neuro Interventionalists and Vascular Surgeons; be able to support their needs in the lab
  9. Effectively partner with Cordis leadership, cross-functional teams, & field-based counterparts (Regional Directors, Associate Territory Managers, CET Team, Marketing Product Managers, Key Account Directors, Sr. Leaders, etc.)
  10. Provide customer feedback, competitive intel, environmental shifts, & all other pertinent industry learnings through the appropriate channels to aid Sales / Marketing, & other cross-functional leadership
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  2. 5+ years of sales experience, preferred
  3. 2+ years of selling medical supplies and devices that have a medium length sell cycle
  4. Familiar with PC applications
  5. Familiar with MS office applications
  6. Virtual meeting software proficiency familiarity
  7. Ability to travel
  8. Must live within the territory and be willing to travel as needed to hit objections
  9. Valid Driver’s License
