Position: Territory Manager

The Territory Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to maximize net sales by engaging with key healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve sales targets, brand KPIs, and marketing objectives.
  2. Prepare and evaluate call plans to improve sales performance, handle objections effectively, and close sales.
  3. Build trusted customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs and challenges.
  4. Develop call plans to optimize coverage, frequency, and sales opportunities.
  5. Share market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and market dynamics to align with team strategies and optimize brand execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience in pharmaceutical or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in Psychiatry or Neurology sales is a plus.
  • Reside near the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% overnight.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; accommodations available if unable.
