Daily outside the office environment working in your assigned territory, visiting customers in variable weather and temperature conditions.
1+ year of sales experience preferred. HS Diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required, and motor vehicle record must be in good standing. Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities. Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals. Problem solving ability / organization and negotiation skills. Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Tech-savviness – proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus. Have the ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 75 lbs.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds).
