This highly visible role requires strong selling skills and the ability to work remotely. The candidate will develop a territory plan, analyze market data, collaborate with field teams, and ensure compliant execution while traveling up to 60% within the territory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered.
  • Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
  • Prior launch experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals with strong customer relationships.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

Territory Manager

Position Summary

TheTerritory Managerwill play a critical role in the successful launch and growth ofMineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory. This individual willbe responsible foreducating healthcare providers(HCPs)onMineralys’ product, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, andachievingterritorysalesperformance goals.


This is a highly visible role requiring strong selling skills, customer engagement capabilities, and a passion for improving outcomes for patients with uncontrolled hypertension. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial biotech environment and is energized by the opportunity tolaunch abreakthroughnew class of medicine.


Key Responsibilities

Territory Management / Business Execution


  • Develop andmaintaina strongunderstanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.

  • Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, andsales objectives.

  • Drive product adoption and compliantutilizationamong targeted healthcare providers.

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality product presentations and addresscustomersquestions with confidence and credibility.

  • Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to understandcustomersneedsand elevate the overall customer and patient experience in a compliant manner.

  • Collaborate closelywith adjacent fieldpartnersincluding Field Reimbursement Managers, Territory Managers, and Regional Business Directors to support customer needsand territory objectives

  • Shareinsights, learnings, and best practices with field leadership and internal team (e.g., Marketing, Training, Field Operations and Analytics)

  • Providetimelymarket intelligence, customer insights, and competitive updates

  • Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company-sponsored programs

These positions are eligible for standard Company benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off and 401K, as well as participating in Mineralys incentive plans are contingent on achievement of personal and company performance. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.


US Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000
