The Endoscopy Operating Unit, part of Medical Surgical, has created a business out of disrupting the status quo in the detection, prevention, and treatment of gastrointestinal cancers and chronic diseases. We’ve done this by commercializing transformational technologies that improve patient management and standards of care while increasing access to our innovations worldwide. We improve patient outcomes by empowering gastroenterologists across the globe with artificial intelligence and disruptive therapeutic technologies. We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. The Territory Manager (TM) is a field-based Medtronic Endoscopy sales position. This individual will call on healthcare organizations, primarily hospitals, in a defined geographic area. The TM will serve as a customer facing product expert primarily responsible educating physicians and nurses on the clinical advantages of the entire GI product portfolio. The position is focused on expanding the utilization of GI products through market development and sales-oriented activities. Additionally, the TM is required to continually develop their clinical knowledge to serve as a product expert for the company. By doing so, they can convey information in an effective manner to help support optimal utilization of the full product portfolio to the widest range of health care providers. The territory includes the Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of MI. This TM must reside in the Milwaukee area.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):85,000.00
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
