We are urgently hiring for a Road Warrior - B2B Sales in Somerset County Territory! Must be located in New Jersey.

Compensation includes a base salary + commission!

We seek a New Business Development Manager to serve as the liaison between our company and its current and potential contractors. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, personable, and capable of making positive first impressions, maintaining consistent communication, and following up diligently. In this role, you will build relationships with a broad range of contractors to position us as their preferred disaster response provider. Your responsibilities include managing a specific territory, generating leads, and building a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, emailing, social media, newsletters, in-person and educational events, and other sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors in the targeted area
  • Work remotely within the assigned territory, meeting with contractors (e.g., plumbers) in a B2B context
  • Qualify clients to determine the proper fit for our services and referral program
  • Manage marketing plans and attend key marketing events locally
  • Maintain regular contact with referral partners through value-added touchpoints
  • Achieve monthly enrollment, job, and revenue targets
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activities
  • Surpass weekly, monthly, and yearly goals
  • Promote our company and brand professionally through face-to-face interactions
  • Complete weekly sales reports
  • Develop and maintain monthly marketing routes
