Territory Sales Representative - Parts & Equipment Location: St. Louis, Missouri Territory: Greater St. Louis / Missouri Region Industry: Aggregates | Crushing & Screening | Heavy Equipment Travel: Primarily regional - limited overnight travel
We are representing an established, privately owned heavy equipment and parts business seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to take responsibility for a highly established and successful territory in the St. Louis market. The business has experienced significant growth, and has built its reputation around long‑term customer relationships, strong technical and parts support, and an entrepreneurial culture that gives its salespeople significant autonomy. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship‑driven salesperson who wants to take ownership of an established customer base while continuing to develop new business across the aggregates and heavy equipment market.
The successful candidate will ideally bring previous sales experience within aggregates, mining, heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial parts or a closely related market . Direct crushing and screening experience would be advantageous but is not essential. The company is open to candidates from adjacent industries who have the right customer‑facing capabilities, technical aptitude and understanding of industrial equipment.
Experience within an equipment dealer, OEM, distributor, aggregate producer or industrial parts organisation would all be considered relevant. Ultimately, the business places greater emphasis on attitude, work ethic, autonomy and relationship‑building ability than coming from one specific competitor or product background. The company operates with a high‑trust, low‑micromanagement culture. This position would particularly suit someone who wants the freedom to run their own territory, build lasting customer relationships and directly benefit financially from the growth they create.
