Job summary

Reliable Respiratory is seeking a Sleep Health Territory Manager for Middlesex/Suffolk counties, with coverage also spanning Hartford County and Springfield, MA. The role focuses on promoting sleep apnea treatments and building strong client relationships with medical partners.

The position offers base salary plus commission with on-target earnings of $130,000 to $150,000, and additional bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require authorization from us now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand business within those accounts.
• Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our obstructive sleep apnea treatment solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams such product development and customer service to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote our products.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager to join our team. Total compensation includes a combination of base salary and commission, with on-target earnings ranging between $130,000 to $150,000, plus additional bonus opportunities. This position will cover Hartford County & Springfield, MA

Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support. Equipment provided includes, CPAPs, BiPAPs, AutoPAPs, nebulizers, oxygen equipment, ventilators, CGM devices, insulin pumps, and breast pumps.

Job Purpose

The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within a designated territory, with a primary focus on promoting and selling services and solutions for patients undergoing treatment for obstructive sleep apnea and related conditions. The Territory Manager will collaborate with various departments and offices to ensure sales goals are being met.
