Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Comfortable using smart phone technology.
• Reliable and consistent transportation to travel within your territory.
• Availability including evenings, weekends and holiday weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple stores.
• Provide clear direction and support your teamboth in person and remotely.
• Oversee seasonal transitions and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead or assist with new or updated store installations and department resets.
• Ensure Hallmark’s high merchandising standards are maintained.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with physical, in-store work.
