Job summary

Distribution International is seeking an ambitious outside sales professional to grow the territory for energy-efficient insulation and building materials. You will call on new and existing customers and develop strategic plans to increase revenue.

Responsibilities include managing quotes, reports, and presentations, coordinating with Customer Service, and leveraging the CRM for tracking activities. Travel up to 75% is required, and a driving record with limited violations is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience as an outside sales representative selling business to business.
• Overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Expand the sales volume and profits within the territory by actively calling on new and existing customers.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities in current and new product lines.
• Utilize the company CRM to build a database for collection and reporting of all account calls, prospects, activities, objectives, and results.
