C.A. Fortune in Bloomington, IL is seeking a part-time Grocery Merchandiser to manage store visits, build product distribution, and report using mobile apps.

You will stock shelves, complete audits, and communicate with store teams, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour and weekly pay. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, sit/stand as you move through a retail day, and drive within the local territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to travel within territory.
• Valid Driver License and auto insurance.
• Reliable phone service for daily communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk.
• Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail work will entail ordering products and stocking shelves from new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment in stores.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
