Job summary

C.A. Fortune, Raleigh-Durham, NC area, is seeking a part-time Grocery Merchandiser to manage a designated territory. You will perform store visits, surveys, and reporting with mobile apps, while ensuring products are well stocked and distributed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently is required.

Compensation: $20 hourly. Perks include fuel stipends, communication stipends, and a 401k with company match. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams.
• Retail tasks include ordering products and moving products to shelves from new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores.
• Travel to and between store locations within the territory.
• Verify products are accurately represented on store shelves.
• Maintain a safe working environment while in stores.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress/code and attendance rules.
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
