Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a part-time Grocery Merchandiser in Miramar Beach, FL to manage territory visits, stocking, and reporting using mobile apps. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and strong communication with store teams.

You’ll work independently with route flexibility and weekly pay at $20 per hour. Benefits include PTO, sick days, 401k with company match, a monthly phone stipend, and paid drive time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and reliable transportation are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk/bend for long periods.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.
• Retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain product distribution by building relationships with store teams.
• Perform retail tasks such as stocking shelves and processing new orders.
• Conduct audits in area grocery stores and report results.
• Travel to and between stores within the designated territory.
• Verify product representation on store shelves and ensure stock levels.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment and adhere to dress code.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required.
