Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Part-Time Field Sales Representative to grow our Glidden business within a Home Depot territory. You will work onsite in the Tacoma, WA territory with contractors, DIY customers, and Home Depot teams to increase product sales and expand business.

You will report to the Regional Manager and travel within your territory, using CRM tools to track activity and manage accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and manage field tasks.
• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers in Home Depot stores.
• Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership and associates.
• Train store teams on Glidden and Olympic paint products.
• Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts within your territory.
• Use CRM tools to track activity and manage your territory.
