Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to ensure in-store execution across the territory. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain standards, and uphold brand execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

The role emphasizes hands-on store coverage, strong customer service, and the ability to travel within markets. A valid driver's license and a HS diploma are required, with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible Schedule including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Mondelēz International provides a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You provide hands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand, execution standards, and ensure stores stays aligned with company expectations. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz: in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence as you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner: delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage: completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force.
• Implement promotional displays: ensuring compliance with RTM‑negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands.
• Follow assigned schedules: executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions: supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high‑visibility promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships: partnering with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support capability building: reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop for future leadership: building the operational, communication, and problem‑solving skills that serve as a strong foundation for future advancement into management roles.

• Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
