Mondelez International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will execute daily coverage, ensure display standards, and help seasonal transitions, while building store relationships and safety practices.
Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, with 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods, and can travel within assigned markets.

You provide hands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand, execution standards, and ensure stores stays aligned with company expectations. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among other delicious industry‑leading snacks.
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides. High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred. Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team. Flexible Schedule availability required including weekends. Ability to travel across assigned markets. Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.). Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.
The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
