Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a CAM to own and grow a market territory in Minneapolis, building relationships with facility managers, owners, and commercial clients across industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and multi-family housing.

You will drive business development and account management, prospect new opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver service excellence in high-stress situations.

• Strong communicator in verbal and written form, able to present to groups.
• Relationship-focused with ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized for managing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory business plan for growth in target markets.
• Prospect, research, and schedule meetings with commercial and national accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and track local marketing efforts.
• Strengthen long-term relationships to increase loyalty and wallet share.
• Attend on-site meetings, walkthroughs, and industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing, assist with collections on local and national accounts.
• Maintain accurate accounts and activities in Salesforce and report on metrics.
