Job summary

WMHS is seeking a proactive sales professional to aggressively sell document destruction services within a defined Memphis territory. You will collaborate with the District Sales Manager to establish targets, build a robust pipeline, and maintain expertise in WMHS and competitive solutions.

You will conduct cold-calling, appointment setting, and direct mail campaigns, reporting daily activities and results while upholding a security‑minded approach to operations.

Qualifications

• Requirements include High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years in sales experience / prospecting in B2B services with varying sales cycles and multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively sell document destruction services to prospective customers in a specific territory.
• Collaborate with the District Sales Manager to set specific and measurable sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities for the assigned territory.
• Maintain expertise in Shred-it services and competitive solutions.
• Conduct telephone and door-to-door cold-calling, appointment setting, and direct mail campaigns.
• Report daily activities and sales results to the District Sales Manager.
