Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships within the assigned region. You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and promote our radiopharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals.

The role requires strategic selling, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and maintain thorough product

Qualifications

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings.
  • Experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
  • Proven track record of launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
  • Developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals.
  • Project management experience including budgeting, contracting, and timelines.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, results-driven team player.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.

Responsibilities

As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within your designated region. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote our portfolio of radiopharmaceutical products. This position requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and a deep understanding of the radiopharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Key Accountabilities:
Sales and Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
Account Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Product Expertise
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and clinical value of our radiopharmaceutical products.
  • Deliver effective product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Accurately record all activities and customer information in Salesforce.com.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
Compliance and Ethics
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
Position Requirement
Education and Experience
