Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and polished service to members and guests.
• Learn member names and preferences to create personalized experiences.
• Guide members through menu offerings, wine, and beverage selections.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and care.
• Deliver proper food, wine, and table service throughout the dining experience.
• Anticipate needs and resolve service concerns quickly.
• Collaborate with Terrace team to ensure seamless arrival-to-departure experience.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide warm, attentive, and polished service to members and guests.
• Create genuine connections by learning member names and preferences.
• Guide members through menu offerings, daily specials, wine, and beverage selections.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver proper food, wine, and table service throughout the dining experience.
• Anticipate needs and quickly resolve service concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the Terrace team to create a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Shifts: Tuesdays - Sundays: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm; 10:00 am - 3:00 pm; 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm; 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• +$2.00/hour Availability Premium for maintaining open availability as required.
