Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood-destroying organisms through inspections, prevention and treatment services. You will be the first line of defense in preserving homes and businesses.

This role involves working in various environments, climbing ladders, and adhering to PPE and safety guidelines. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and customer service experience are required; prior termite control experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.

• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations covered by employer.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatments safely according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per instructions.
• Explain services to customers and report critical conditions.
• Verify job specifications for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services provided and interact with customers.
