The role offers an earning potential of $45,000 to $70,000 per year through commissions, incentives, and bonuses and includes paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Background checks and drug screening as part of policy.
• Good driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate and maintain a company truck.
• Willingness to crawl into attics and crawl spaces.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Salesmanship and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite sources and apply treatments to protect homes.
• Explain the treatment process clearly to homeowners and provide excellent customer service.
• Check bait stations and refill as needed.
• Install moisture protection, insulation, and foundation components as preventative measures.
• Support homeowners with prevention education and follow-up visits.
