Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking Termite Technicians to perform termite treatment services safely and per company guidelines.

You will identify termite problems, explain risks to customers, traverse structures and use inspection tools while maintaining equipment and vehicle readiness. The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to obtain needed licenses; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service; termite control experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours; Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain/maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess valid driver's license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer termite problems and knowledge of termite behaviors to determine steps.
• Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures.
• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb stairs and ladders.
• Use inspection and application equipment, small tools and drills.
• Tolerate various environmental conditions, dusty or damp locations.
• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicle in clean, good-working order.

What do our Termite Technicians do?Termite Technicians perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices.

• Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to treatment process
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders
• Use application and inspection equipment; small hand tools and power hammer drills
• Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations
• Operate and maintain your equipment and vehicle in a state of cleanliness and good working order

What do you need?
