Job summary

Based in Orlando, Massey Services is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to own the customer experience from initial contact through service completion. You will be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you will coordinate with team members to deliver tailored pest prevention and related services.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, and can complete background checks.

• Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall customer experience and ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
