Clark Pest Control in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Termite Repair Technician to repair structures damaged by wood-destroying organisms and to maintain safe, professional service for clients. You will treat and repair, communicate with homeowners, and ensure compliance with label instructions.

We offer paid on-the-job training, including pest license and renewal, plus a company vehicle, gas card, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and on route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Chemically treat and repair structural damage on residential and commercial buildings.
• Maintain contact with homeowners, buyers, and inspectors about work.
• Ensure work is performed legally, professionally, and to specifications.
• Receive and account for company funds.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle in clean condition.
• Read and follow label instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.
