Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You’ll perform inspections, prevention, and treatment services as the first line of defense, ensuring client peace of mind and safety.

The role involves working on various sites, climbing ladders, handling PPE, and communicating service details to customers. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic math skills are required, with 1 year of customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence (company vehicle and gas card provided).
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours, Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services safely and per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to procedures and labels.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures or structural modifications.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services delivered.
